It's Zetwerk.</div><div style=""><br></div><div style=""><b style="font-weight: 700">Responsibilities</b></div><ul>  <li style="">Possess knowledge of WBS and takes a lead in preparing baseline schedule in lie with project scope requirement and Target.</li>  <li style="">Preparing L4 Schedule as per project requirement.</li>  <li style="">Inter discipline schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences to assign disciplines.</li>  <li style="">Review and asses the work package sequences with the total project plan.</li>  <li style="">Establish overall basis for project progress measurement defining E,P&amp; C weightages.</li>  <li style="">Prepare the S curve at the project and functional levels-Engineering, Procurement and construction.</li>  <li style="">Periodic updating of schedule ,S-Curve and subsequent generation of progress variance report.</li>  <li style="">Develops the monthly quantity distribution statement for the total scope of work.</li>  <li style="">Preparation of the Micro Plan for Critical work packages and major milestones.</li>  <li style="">Planning of Manpower and machineries as per project requirements.</li>  <li style="">Monitors construction schedule &amp; highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance.</li>  <li style="">Developing Billing schedule, cash flow, Earned value management.</li>  <li style="">Prepare method statement &amp; submits to clients/consultants for approval.</li>  <li style="">Prepare time cycle charts of major activities of work.</li>  <li style="">Conduct progress review meetings at fixed intervals.</li>  <li style="">Analyze the gaps between the planned vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for the action of the project team.</li>  <li style="">Preparing Reports pertaining Project Work.</li></ul>
